Reception 29th Feb-4th March Star of the Week-Seb
29th February -4th March 2016
This week our focus story has been ‘The Great Pet Sale’ by Mike Inkpen. We set up our own pet shop and used this to play and practise with money. We created posters and wrote about our favourite pet from the story and thought about what they might be saying. This week we prepared for the Mother’s Day service on Friday by writing our cards and planting bulbs. We thought about what our plants will need to grow and how we can care for them.
Star of the Week
This week’s Star of the Week is Seb. Seb has been showing fantastic independence this week zipping up his own coat and trying out new places to learn through his play.
